In the recent return inspection, we found that customer did not regularly check their bearing screws when using Longhe large blow moulding pallet crusher. The loosening of the bearing screws and the loosening of the main shaft may lead to serious wear of the machine and even breaking of the main shaft. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers not only add an appropriate amount of butter to the machine, but also check the bearing screws to ensure that they are not loose.


Loose or broken bearing screws may cause the performance of the machine to decline or even fail, thus affecting production efficiency. In order to ensure the normal operation of the crusher and extend its service life, customers should establish a regular inspection mechanism at least once a week. In addition, it is recommended that customers use professional tools to lock the screws immediately when they find them loose to avoid potential security risks.


By taking these measures, customers can ensure crushing and normal operation, reduce failure rates, increase production efficiency, and extend their service life.
